NPL CRICKET CHALLENGE

You already bank with Siddhartha. Here’s how to turn your points into rewards:

1. 1 Tap ‘REDEEM POINTS’ Available both before you play and after each round on the result screen.
2. 2 Open Siddhartha Banksmart XP Log in with your registered mobile number and password, or biometrics if you have them enabled.
3. 3 Go to Siddhartha Rewards On your home screen, tap ‘Siddhartha Rewards’ under the Service Request category.
4. 4 Open the Redeem menu Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top right of the Siddhartha Rewards screen, then tap ‘Redeem’.
5. 5 Choose a category and a reward Browse the redemption categories and tap the merchant, service or experience you want.
6. 6 Confirm your redemption Tap ‘Redeem’, then check the points to be deducted and the reward details before confirming.
7. 7 Enter the OTP A one-time password is sent to your registered mobile number and email. Enter it to finish — your new points balance shows immediately.

Your points are safe. They are stored against this device even before you have an account. Open a Siddhartha NPL Saving Account to claim them — don’t uninstall the app or clear its data before you finish step 2.

2. 2 Open a Siddhartha NPL Saving Account You’ll be taken to Siddhartha Bank’s online account opening to apply. Every point you have earned is credited to the new account once it is activated.
3. 3 Subscribe to Siddhartha Banksmart XP Once the account is active, enroll in Siddhartha Mobile Banking to reach the Rewards platform.
4. 4 Log in to Banksmart XP Use the mobile number and password you set during mobile banking enrollment.
5. 5 Go to Siddhartha Rewards Tap ‘Siddhartha Rewards’ under the Service Request category. Your game points appear in your balance.
6. 6 Open the Redeem menu Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top right, then tap ‘Redeem’.
7. 7 Choose a category and a reward Browse the redemption categories and tap the merchant, service or experience you want.
8. 8 Confirm your redemption Tap ‘Redeem’, check the points deduction and reward details, then confirm.
9. 9 Enter the OTP A one-time password is sent to your registered mobile number and email. Enter it to finish.
