SBL NPL Cricket Challenge — Terms & Conditions

1. DATA ACCURACY AND PRIVACY

1.1. The Participant warrants that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. The Bank accepts no liability for Points lost or irrecoverable due to inaccurate information.

1.2. The Participant’s registration data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the Bank’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws of Nepal.

2. GAMEPLAY

2.1. The number of runs scored per session is determined solely by the game system. The Bank makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any session.

2.2. The Bank reserves the right to modify game mechanics, team rosters, and difficulty settings at any time to enhance user experience or address technical issues.

3. POINTS EARNING AND ACCUMULATION

3.1. Runs scored by the Participant during gameplay are converted into Siddhartha Loyalty Points at a conversion rate determined by the Bank and communicated on the Game screen.

3.2. The Bank reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or seasonal earning caps on Points to prevent abuse and maintain the sustainability of the loyalty program.

3.3. Points have no monetary face value and cannot be transferred, sold, pledged, or encashed. They are non-transferable and expire in accordance with the Siddhartha Loyalty Point Platform’s expiry policy.

3.4. Points are redeemable exclusively for discounts and benefits available through the Siddhartha Reward Points Platform.

4. POINTS REDEMPTION

4.1. Redemption is subject to the availability of rewards on the Siddhartha Reward Points Platform.

4.2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse a redemption if Points were determined to have been earned through fraudulent, manipulative, or unauthorized means.

4.3. Eligible rewards and redemption steps will be published on the Game and the Bank’s official platforms. The Bank reserves the right to modify, add, or withdraw rewards at any time.

5. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

5.1. The Participant agrees to participate in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

(a) Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to simulate or manipulate gameplay;

(c) Attempting to intercept, modify, or tamper with game data, API communications, or Points-crediting transactions;

(d) Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Game to gain an unfair advantage;

(f) Any other conduct that the Bank, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, dishonest, or contrary.

(g) Replication, duplication, modification, or creating derivative works from any Game content without the prior written consent of Siddhartha Bank Limited.

5.3. Any Participant found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately disqualified, all accumulated Points will be cancelled, and the Bank reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

6. DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT

6.1. By registering for the Game, the Participant consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal data (name, mobile number, game activity data) by Siddhartha Bank Limited for operating the Game, administering Points, and communicating relevant offers.

6.2. Participant’s Data may be shared with authorized service providers (including Ripple Bytes and the Siddhartha Loyalty Point Platform operator) solely for operational purposes under confidentiality.

6.3. Game activity data may be used by the Bank in aggregate and anonymized form for analytics, product improvement, and marketing purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1. The Bank provides the Game on an as-is basis. The Bank makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the Game.

7.2. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss of Points, rewards, or data arising from technical failures, network outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Bank’s reasonable control.

8. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

8.1. Siddhartha Bank Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Game and/or the associated Points program at any time, subject to applicable laws and the directions of Nepal Rastra Bank.

8.2. The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including applicable regulations issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.

9.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to Siddhartha Bank Limited for resolution. The Bank’s decision on all matters relating to the Game, Points, and rewards shall be final, subject to the Participant’s rights under applicable Nepali law.

9.3. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

PARTICIPANT DECLARATION AND CONSENT

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the SBL NPL Cricket Challenge as set out above. I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by Siddhartha Bank Limited for the purposes described herein. I confirm that all information I have provided is accurate and complete.
